Rhonda Zaharko is currently the Middle Years Programme Coordinator at GEMS World Academy, Dubai.  She has been an educator for over 20 years and has been teaching in the Middle East for 10 years, 3 of which have been in Dubai.  Rhonda has a passion for grading and assessment and has worked with administration to develop effective communication with teachers, students, and parents. Rhonda has used ManageBac for the past three years in supporting the development of the MYP Framework and its usage at GWA.
